Low budget operation with unprepared Bank employees. I came in at 4:00 p.m. to make a withdrawal greater than I could get at the ATM I noticed immediately how awkwardly sparse the Lobby is laid out. The area where you fill out your form doesn't even have anything with the date. It was 4:00 p.m. and there was no teller on duty.How?The person that greeted me told me to give her a "few minutes" so she could set up as a teller. I didn't have that kind of time so I I couldn't complete my transaction.

The worst customer service. They will not even try to satisfy the customers. Swati, Shazia, Rehan and of course the branch manager don’t even deserve this one star or the work that they have .

I called this PNC Mt Prospect branch (I am a PNC customer) to set up an appointment to get a document notarized (a single-page Special Power of Attorney) which is a free service offered by most banks. The person who answered the phone was friendly enough, but after he checked with the responsible individual he informed me that they only notarize PNC-related documents. Very disappointing.I called US Bank instead (another bank that I use) and was easily scheduled to come in which was within the half hour of my call. They did not even ask if I am a customer. That is what I would call great service.

Now I see why this location has such bad reviews. I went to this location and a banker named Neda tried to assist and holy moly she was the rudest person I have ever met! She has such an attitude on her like she thinks she's better than someone, which I find funny because she was wearing a mask but there was a booger or something on her mask the whole time. Stay away from this branch and definitely avoid NEDA.

Very slow and constantly giving excuses ?. Waited 35 minutes in drive window for withdrawal.Don't come here go to another branch.

Friendly staff but need to be knowledgeable on bank products and how to assist customers without escalating or asking you to come back. My sister called for her incoming wire routing number an information you can get online she was asked to come into the branch and speak with a banker because she had to be in the branch to receive her wire . And then I went into the branch to print a document that I emailed and after being asked for my id and a bunch of stuff I was told she wasn’t sure if she could print the information I sent her which was my own bank statement . Humans have brains that should be used. IJS

I went to open another checking and deposit a check everything went well two days later they say I was red flagged and there going to mail me a check and the account I had open was closed also so for the holidays im waiting for these checks to come ima have to call soon I need My money

The blocking for deposits at the ATM bounced the f? ?! Out of my account this is how they scam you to pay a load of fees. Then you go in and the teller won’t reverse them as they blame you for the block they stuck in your behind!! Back stab era!!

The service at the location has taken a nose dive, when I first opened my accounts with PNC several years ago the associates were super helpful and knowledgeable. I just loved this bank. Over the years the staff members have changed, there has been less tellers and bankers available to help out. The app used with this bank has gotten super glitchy and makes it impossible for me to deposit checks.In the pandemic things have gotten worse. Trying to make an appointment with a banker, I was told my issue was not "important" enough to warrant working with a banker. I was told to go into the drive through.Without even asking which account I wanted to deposit my checks to, after specially requesting the checks be deposited into my Virtual Wallet, the teller deposited a couple thousand dollars worth of checks into a joint account I had with someone else. Wrong account. All in all, I'm looking to see if there's any other bank that might be a better fit for me at this time.
