Disgusting customer service employees and manager. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I wanted to return a car tire air filler tool which I bought 2. I want to return one. But they send me to original location from where I bought it.

Very disappointed, very messy, clothes and items on the floor. I almost slipped on the hangers on the floor. Restroom is not accessible without asking permission and someone needs to enter a code for you. Fitting rooms are very messy and the employee standing there is very rude. Cashiers have a terrible temper and attitude, fighting over who takes care of the line. The manager is never on floor when you need one you need to wait until they solve your problems.
Do not recommend this location! Also the floor has trash everywhere and starbucks/dunkin coffee cups on the shelves.

I was very disappointed in the customer service here. As I was walking to the register these girls were arguing about who was going to take care of me. Not knowing I spoke English one of the girls says she only has one item. I had more than one item and even if it was one item I should still be checked out. There was no line, no customers. These girls cared to talk to each other more than to take care of me. I walked out on them and took my buisness to MARSHALL'S where you can see the difference in their customer service.

DON'T EVER BUY MENS HAIR CLIPPERS FROM ROSS!!! THEY SELL USED, REFURBISHED,UNCLEANED CLIPPERS CLOGGED WITH HAIR UNDERNEATH THE BLADES!!! THEY SEAL THEM IN PLASTIC, GLUE THE BOX SHUT THEN BAIT AND SWITCH UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS INTO THINKING THAT THEY ARE NEW!!! Hence the name

I had to leave the store because I couldn't have a pleasant shopping experience with the lady from the main dressing room who was literally harassing me and other customers.
She told me one time, almost yelled at me that "THIS SHOES DOSEN'T BELONG HERE."
I told them this is where I took them from. And trunsout that I was right.
After that, she didn't like that there was a probing chair in front of the dressing room and ask another colleague to move the chair because quote: "I don't want any nasty customer to hangaround on the chair".
I was waiting for the dressing room, and she kept pointing out that quote: "I want all the items on the hanger as they were."
I've been shopping in Ross for many years. This is my first time when I encounter such a nasty attitude from an employee.
This lady was old with short hair and a strong voice.
