I personally thought the cashier was the best part of going to store. Iam a local and only buy my cigarettes and energy drinks there. All because of how nice the older blonde lady is to me. Thanks to her for keeping a smile on my face.

Quite a nice place everything is neat inside but when buying on my friendly address to the staff an elderly woman decided to answer me rudely as she did of the woman in front of me.Advise her to be a little more polite so as not to spoil people's mood.

The screen was frozen at the pump I was at. I had to pay inside.
The cashier acted rude and impatient with me as I gave her the news. As I left, I saw her smoking!
I am not coming back to this Shell gas station. 👎

Padlocks on ice. They'll question you about your ice purchase and then complain while they hobble over to the ice box. And try to rush you along, again like it's an inconvenience. She's the worst.

Horrible service. The guy in the counter is just rude and not interested to help, on phone continuously (which wouldn't be a problem if he does his job in the process). Just to be safe I keep my mobile in the car while filling gas just to avoid any fire hazard, he on the other hand walked towards the car still talking over the phone when my tank is open. He needs to use phone less and interact to the person in need atleast when someone is asking for help and be nice if someone doesn't know something tell him how it's done rather than being rude and not interested. Issue happened on April 21, 2024 at 11:45 AM.

claims to be open 24 hours but went there at 5:30 am, all the lights were on but was shoo’d away by the woman inside that mouthed “We are closed”. If you are not open 24 hours, please update your “open 24 hour sign” to accurate hours of operation, misleading and unprofessional.

Be very careful pumping gas here. Pump and sign clearly stated $4.29/gl, i was charged $5.19/gl. Unless you speak the employees language, they will be absolutely no help to you unless you want a sandwich from inside. Straight robbery of customers is happening at this location!
