He’ll tell you what’s actually wrong with your car and not charge you an arm and a leg if it need to be fixed.Do yourself a favor and just take your car to Smart Auto, you won’t regret it!

David has been my go-to shop for the past 3 to 4 years for any of my car issues. David and the team provide quality work at a great price in a timely manner. I know that I am in good hands here and David explains the issue so I understand what's going on and I don't get talked into doing anything that doesn't need to get done. I am so glad I found Smart Auto - highly recommend!

The owner is an honest man not interested in ripping his customers off unlike the previous car shop that l had used. A very busy place, you have to wait for your repair but it's well worth it.

My wife drove our car up to Chicago on her way to the airport and had some transmission issues and the check engine light came on. Smart Auto was recommended by close friends so our car was towed over for assessment. I’m two hours away making arrangements by phone so it was already a frustrating experience but David (the owner) did a great job communicating and making a very thorough report on the issues he found and recommendations to address the car issues. I felt he was very trustworthy and felt that I was in good hands. I was more than happy with my experience and only wished his shop was in my area! Professional and efficient mechanics. You can expect to be told of what's wrong with your vehicle if you don't know what it is in a timely manner. Honest mechanics and even showed me all the work that needs to be done beforehand and what they've done afterwards. They also do maintenance work here. Give this place a try. David won't let you down!!

After years of taking our Honda Pilot to the dealership for repairs/maintenance it was getting way too expensive for a 14 year old vehicle. Fortunately I was able to find David B and his shop recently and have them work on our car. The dealership recommended around $3,000 of work but most of it was unnecessary. They replaced a broken suspension component for a very reasonable price and I was given direction on what to look out for in the future. I am from out of state and my minivan had an unexpected issue and literally just stopped on the road. Fortunately, i was able to pull off and get it towed here. My family member suggested I come here as they had good experiences so far. I can attest that I was very happy with their service. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly (alternator and battery were the culprits) and fix it up quickly. I thought the price was reasonable as well. Don't hesitate to reach out to Smart Auto.
