Very disapointed! I'll start with the yawning while she was trying NOT to answer my questions. I am not sure if she had no experince with upgrating phones and plans or she just didn't care to give a proper answer. Either way, It felt like she did not care for the sale at all. But, the most disapointing, or i should say disgusting part, cleaning under her nail with my ID. It still feels like an out of body experience. What is happening with customer service?!

It's such a great store. If anyone is looking for the perfect T-mobile experience, this is the place to go to. Very knowledgeable, and the workers always find a solution one way or another.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience in this store. I walked in the store, no one greeted me, waited an hour and still receive a greeting from an employee. As customers walked in, they did not receive any greetings and as the store started to fill they were trying to guess who was next. Wasted my time, waited for an hour to walk out because the employees lack basic customer service skill.- it’s not the long wait, it’s the lack of acknowledgement and lack of awareness. To not even have been contacted by any associate within an hour when was the only one waiting, and then to be skipped when the next customer walks in is the reason for the 1 star review.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO KACPER! He did what the Apple store nor Tmobile customer service couldn't. I'd been struggling to get my watch to connect as a standalone. Spend total of 5 hours with Tmobile customer service and 2 trips to the Apple store. Both set up tickets to troubleshoot. But Kacper did not give up and tried and tried again until he figured it out. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. We need more employees like you.One very Happy customer!

Ignoring customers at the counter. Danielle pretending to be on the phone, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After deciding which phone I wanted, and agreeing on a price Gabriel said they don’t have the phone. Good job guys! You guys should take a few customers service lessons.

Excellent customer service from Alyssa, Gabe and Kasper. I only go to this location. Other location I went to:Niles near golf mill have mean customer service reps.Went back at this location 3 days later and received excellent service from Ada.

They gave me a new Sim card because my other card was 10 years old...The manager young lady was so kind and knowledgeable..They had to activate the new Sim card..

Worse customer service. The salesperson asked me to make a decision within 5 minutes because she's leaving for the day. I decided to leave them and buy a new phone from a different T-mobile store.

I've had great experiences at this location. Helpful staff and good service. Added a line recently and it was a painless experience. In and out in about 30 minutes.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at a T-Mobile store that left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I felt compelled to share my negative review to shed light on the issues I encountered during my visit.First and foremost, the customer service at the T-Mobile store was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of knowledge about their own products and services. I waited in line because two of the associates were with the customers. When it was my turn, the associate started to help another customer and not me. When she finally finished with that customer and started to help me, I brought up to her attention that I was next in line but she even didn’t apologise. In addition, when I brought up my problem she told me she couldn’t help. I was referred to the store from over the phone customer service and it was just a port from T-mobile to Google Fi, nothing complicated. I was on the phone with the reps half of the day, then I was without any service and in the evening after work I was finally able to go to the store (as I was told) and they didn’t want to help. I asked her to talk to the manager, she went to the manager’s office three times and finally the manager came out. So after more than an hour being in the store on Friday night, I was finally ported out of T-mobile. It turned out the associate could resolve my issue but just simply didn’t want to. I had mostly positive experience with T-mobile before that day and I was with this company for at least 18 years… I’m extremely disappointed and I’m glad I’m with Google Fi now!

It is disappointing to come to a busy location such as this one where there’s only 2 employees working. One of them disappeared to the back while a big line was building up. I only came in for a screen replacement and did not receive the attention nor the acknowledgment for waiting this long.

My mom and I were running errands when my mom saw t mobile store, stopped in to talk about her bill, we were lucky to have Gabriel(Spanish-speaking) I happened to purchase a new phone for my mom, Gabriel was very patient with us, answered all our questions. My mom is very satisfied with her phone.
