I will not go back . The manager, Mercedes was very dismissive and has a terrible attitude - she should not be in customer service . Service has gone down here in the past year while prices go up .

I had the worst experience ever as they ruined my dress before my event and the manager Mercedes , or so she claims to be manager,has no experience, talks over you, made a hole in my dress, stating that they will take my dress if I submit claims, but never offered an apology or a solution, and instead, made herself oblivious to the fact that they ruined my $500 dress.

Friendly service from staff, and good quality of work. Pricing is not always very transparent, wish they would consistently tell you the price at drop off, but overall the pricing is still fair.

Tide cleaners doles good work, but the main reason I continue to use them is because of Stephanie at Randhurst store. She is wonderful- very efficient and professional, but also so caring and kind to customers.
She is a real asset to tide
