Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

“Huge location with 2 lots, we spent about 5 minutes in the wrong place before we figured it out. But the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our truck was on the other lot and they quickly ran over and grabbed it for us. Super happy with my experience and one of the top uhauls I have been to, we were stuck with our bikes and U-Haul is cheaper than enterprise so we rented a small truck.”

Fuel island workers always there, no searching for someone to fuel like many other locations, service guys have mixed batteries, replaced fire extinguishers , and other things without making me wait 3 hrs like other locations. Thanks Bensenville guys especially the fuelers for doing your job. Hopefully other locations will take note of your work ethics.”

“There was a phenomenal employee working at the UHaul section in the Ace Hardware store/U-Haul neighborhood dealer. The store located 8330 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706 was a store I didn’t frequent but now I went from customer to client. The employees name was Clay, he is 25 years old but his perseverance going out of the way to make sure the service was completed when most employees would have given up because of the “extra work” they would have to do. He has a great ability to communicate with people and literally guaranteed that I would get the service provided. I came in the store very undecided, he was very charismatic, professional and composed. That young man has a bright future wherever he goes, make sure you present him with opportunities to move up into higher management when possible. I say this because I see the leader in him that I don’t see in very many employees. “Five stars for Beatrice at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Niles. She provided outstanding customer service during a particularly stressful time.
Beatrice took my initial reservation over the phone and remembered a special request I had made when I came to pick up the truck. She was friendly and personable, and she answered all my questions fully and completely.
Several hours later, when I had run out of room in the truck I’d reserved, I called Beatrice for help renting a trailer. She once again remembered me and promptly told me to get over to her location ASAP, so she could help me before she had to leave for the day. She had the trailer, the hardware, and the technician all ready when I pulled in.
Beatrice was a shining star on moving day, and I am grateful for my experience with her!!”
