They have zero knowledge of THEIR computer for printing and even less desire to help, if that’s even possible. Spent 15 minutes there trying to get an email attachment to print, but could only get the original email page. I asked for help several times and it fell on deaf ears even though the place was empty except for me and an occasional customer. Petite gal behind the counter had a nasty attitude and didn’t mind me knowing it. Fire her!

I came here to get notaries done. When I called the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend coming to this location for your UPS needs

Every time I go there they refuse the “packaging” while every other location accepts with no issues. AVOID this place to safe time.

I never like to complain, my dad came in a couple weeks ago and they were rude to him. Today I went in and the lady working there is unprofessional and rude. She embarrass us in front of a line of customers. I was respectful with a greeting of good morning and her response was “is this the original box” I said “yes”. She continued to state to me it is not the original box and that they are picky at that location. It was the original box, I ripped the fedex shipping label at the store. Box was intact as well. She needs to be talked to by management asap, this is not acceptable and have more staff at the store. Only one person was there.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at UPS, and a huge part of that is due to an amazing employee named Renee. Every time I walk into the store, I'm greeted with her warm smile and friendly demeanor, which instantly makes my visit a pleasant one.
Renee goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is enjoyable. Whether I'm dropping off a package or asking for assistance, she always takes the time to help me with a genuine interest in making sure I have everything I need. It's rare to find someone who truly loves their job and makes customers feel valued, but Renee does just that!
It's actually become a nice little highlight of my day to visit UPS, which is something I never expected to say. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist have turned what used to be a mundane errand into a delightful experience.
Thank you, Renee, for making UPS a place I look forward to visiting! You deserve all the recognition for your exceptional service. Keep up the fantastic work!

If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy service...skip this place. I'm out of state tending to a sick relative and my husband tried to ship my laptop to me so that I could still work. He asked and received confirmation that he could pay for guaranteed shipping to ensure it arrived at a specific day. Not only was the package late and almost didn't arrive at all, when I called to ask for a help and a refund, they denied ever communicating anything around this guarantee, even though it's both on the receipt AND the UPS website. I'm still in shock how terrible this whole experience has been. I can't believe I'm saying this, but we'd probably had better service with USPS.

The updated holiday hours said the store would be open till 3 pm on Christmas eve, I showed up at 2 pm and the store was closed. There were 5 other people standing here waiting hoping the store clerk would come back, but nobody showed up.

I cannot say enough great things about The UPS Store! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with genuine care. The team always goes above and beyond, handling every job with professionalism and a positive attitude.
A special shoutout to Dominique, who is truly amazing. She consistently makes every visit seamless and pleasant—her dedication and hard work deserve to be recognized. Honestly, the entire team here deserves a raise for all they do!

Extremely rude! I can understand if the store was busy, but there was only one person in line in front of me, and as I was dropping off packages to self scan, I was greeted rudely and told that I would have to wait. She should seriously reconsider how she treats customers.
