This location needs to update their web page. Hours of operation clearly state Sunday hours however answering machine and physical store say otherwise & closed on Sundays. Please don't make your customers venture out in 95 degree heat, update your sites hours of operation. 😕

Visited the store 3 days before Christmas 2024 and couldn't have had a better experience. Despite how busy the store was, the gentleman working behind the counter (who is the same person who has helped me a number of times and has always provided the same level of helpful service) was calm, kind, and helpful. He was working both sides of the counter with two registers at the same time to help move the line along as quickly as possible. Sometimes I think people forget how hard running a store like this can be and leave unkind reviews and comments. As someone who frequently visits this location, I've never had a negative experience and appreciate how helpful they've been for me. Thank you for always providing consistent helpful service for my shipping needs, even during the busiest times of the year.

Whoever is that guy who worked yesterday 11.4 AM shift is completely rude and had a condescending tone. I had a missing package and had genuine questions and he completely brushed me off. Rudest guy I met in customer service. Quit your job if you hate it dude.

This is by far the best ups store around. Jimmy and Isaiah are two of the best workers I’ve seen in any ups store. They both go above and beyond for the customers even when the store is busy. I’ve been going to this establishment for 10+ years and haven’t had an issue yet. They are always so polite and respectful no matter what.
