Came in to do a deposit and the lady that worked that time around 2 pm
She refused to do my deposit saying that it is busy and she has long line and my deposit will take a long time and she let me wait till she finished all clients behind me and she was argue with me to go to a different branch ,
It is ridiculous that I had to wait for more than 30 mins to make my deposits and let me wait for others to finish

We came into this branch to do a wire transfer and they said to return next day before 2pm. We came next morning and bank manager was too busy. We ended up having to drive to another U.S. Bank branch. Making the decision again, we'd bank someplace else!

After coming to this bank for 39 years I'm appalled at the lack of support from the workers there expect for three people there . The rest are very rude, and unhelpful unless you want to open a credit card then they are completely helpful .

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This location has a bank teller named Jennie & her attitude is TERRIBLE. She’s very racist & rude. My husband has been to this location a few times every time we try to go in to do anything she has a new excuse on why she won’t do it. Every time we have asked for a manager she says the manager is on vacation then laughs in our faces, this has been the same excuse for the past two years. We have talked to corporate about this lady but nothing has been done. Please by any means DO NOT go to this location.

This is where we do our banking. The staff is super patient and helpful. Paula walked me through Cobrowsing screen sharing. Super easy!

The regular staff who is dealing with the customer is good but two ladies who sitting behind the desk sometimes work at counter, they are mad. Especially if you bring cash for deposit. Very unprofessional.

This branch is very, very subpar, short-handed and extremely slow. Expect to wait in the drive-thru a ridiculously long time with one woman working the counter and the drive-thru. Also, the ATM rarely works although they finally replaced it. This has all been going on a LONG time. Time to take my money elsewhere after decades of loyal service.

Went here to get a money order, Paula the banker told me she would give a cashier check instead , I asked if I would be charged and she said No, I got my check and next month I was charged for 2 checks instead of one. I will be closing my business account with this bank, their employees are not properly trained and provide wrong information.

Went here to get a money order, Paula the banker told me she would give a cashier check instead , I asked if I would be charged and she said No, I got my check and next month I was charged for 2 checks instead of one. I will be closing my business account with this bank, their employees are not properly trained and provide wrong information.

If I could give this place a zero I would don't ever come to this Branch to do your banking, I went there last Thursday to request a decent amount of money a lady told me to come back next week fast forward to today, a different lady with short hair polish with glasses was there, very rude and overall just seemed like she was lazy and didn't want to do her job, she would give me vague responses saying there's no lady that looks like that or I don't know, just overall lazy worst experience ever will never come back here, she has 20-30 years of experience I guessing not in customer service

The manager of this establishment was extremely rude and the worker that was originally helping me was very rude and judgmental. I had a check from chase and couldn't deposit it because I don't have a state ID. The guy from chase very nicely told me to go to us bank with my boyfriend and sign the check to him. The check had a slight rip but the man from chase explained there's no reason to have an issue. The original worker was very judgmental because there was 0 in the account. She told us we could deposit it but could not get cash and taped the check. We were extremely understanding and nice the entire time then she asked the manager about the check and then they both came over and stated the check was mutilated even though I told them where all the numbers were and were raising their voices at us. I felt like I could not get a word in and neither could my boyfriend. Went to a U.S. bank in desplains after and the the lady only needed his debit card and said it works if it goes through the scanner. Took less than 2 minutes. Would put 0 stars if I could and wish I asked their names.
