disgusting service, customer support is also disgusting, if you want to spend a lot of money then go to Verizon, every month they will raise the cost of services for you

These guys lied to us and refused to honor a Verizon offer we received via email for an upgrade
They tried to force a new line sale which was opposite of the Verizon offer we received
Ray the manager told us that email was not available and we needed to buy a new line and could not use the trade in this jacking up our monthly costs significantly
Went to another store received the full trade in on new phone and did not have to buy a line
Monthly costs only Went went up by 7 bucks
Stay away from them it’s like a bad used car dealer set up
Be careful as they also try to add services to your monthly fee without you knowing these guys are very shady and not trustworthy

Bait and switch sales tactics. Had to spend an hour on the phone call support to remove all added "extras" that they promised to be free, but does cost money- mobile protect in particular. Plan is actually different as well.

Andy is the greatest guy I have ever met in all Verizon stores, so polite and helpful.

Andy and John were amazing!!!!! They got us the best deal and helped my parents and me troubleshoot and work through very frustrating tasks with our previous service provider. They were pleasant and professional and we are so very grateful!!!!!!!

This is the best Verizon store around!! Forget the corporate stores, this is where you go for anything Verizon. I can’t say enough about Andy. He helped my son get into the new phone he wanted, while lowering my bill, improving our service, and when corporate screwed up the trade promotion, he went above and beyond to get it resolved, on his own time. Seriously, I will never get a phone anywhere else again.

Toby and Andy were a huge help at Verizon. They assisted us with multiple tasks in a short time and were very polite throughout. After a bad experience at this Verizon location, we weren’t expecting much, but they really turned it around. We left feeling impressed with the great service they provided.

We should look in to this matter when it comes to customers where staff giving false promises should be fired
Otherwise no one will come to your store because of the such staff who cheat customer look to Emily who is unfair to customer

I will request higher department to go and investigate the case and make sure the staff should not play this type of dirty games with customers by giving false promises like Emilly did for the business this will impact the negative impression on firm name
I dont know what the store manager is doing in this case
