Worst place I ever been at.They lied about everything.I bought 10 lines and they told me that price would be 38$ per line after taxes.But the price is like 70$.I brought all my friends and now everyone disappointed.Please never work with Emily salesmanager!

Dude in the suit was dismissive and completely clueless. Ignored my questions and couldn't follow simple directions. I left and went to a different location where the staff was actually helpful and we solved my problem. Avoid this place.

Emily and David are amazing. Spending over 2 hours with me figuring out the best for my family to save money. It is so refreshing bc every penny counts in this economy. They are not willing to sell me the most just so they benefit. They are absolutely looking out for their customers. So glad I picked this location to come to!

Some of the reps here are nice, but they are very shady and cannot be trusted. I've been going in circles with this store and ended up giving up. I've learned my lesson and will not be coming back.

I try to update my line but unfortunately they told me plans change daily and I know this is not true. Person you sell me phone his name is Kevin Lopez his attitude was rude and unprofessional. I hope he give me his really name becouse when I try to reach his manager Daniel Diaz phone number he provide me has not set mailbox even. After everything he told me he is to good and he never be fired.

Jake Spitz assisted me with making a claim with Assure for a replacement phone. He efficiently took care of every detail. He also notified my husband of a loyalty promotion to upgrade to a new phone. It is definitely cost effective to do so. Jake is polite and very knowledgeable about everything at Verizon. It was an outstanding transaction experience.

Three of us on our family plan went in to upgrade our phones. Josh was very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We had 2 snags along the way and he was able to work them out. He kept us informed about what was going on the whole time. It did take a while, but it was overall a good experience.

I highly recommend Nathaniel Devitt. I took my mom to upgrade her phone. It was close to their closing time. From a quick question to learning about the process, Nathaniel took his time and thoroughly explained everything. And he provided her with guidance, best price options, and all tech support. He was extremely patience and even stayed long after the closing hour. My mom was extremely happy with the quality services she received. Highly recommended.

I don't normally write reviews, but Brian E at the 905 E Rand Road Mount Prospect Verizon location just exemplifies outstanding customer service. I am an older individual who dealt with Brian multiple times, going back & forth from trading an iPhone 5 for an iPhone 13 pro, and ultimately reverting back to iPhone mini. While all of the guys at this Verizon are great to work with, Brian is the kind of employee that makes you glad you went there. Each time I worked with him, he was patient, personable, competent, knowledgeable, and handled my issue from start to finish with a smile on his face and a relaxed tone. Last night, he went above and beyond to help me get my new phone set up, all billing corrected, and account pin reset so that I was all set with my new phone before a long trip. It was a Saturday night, the store closed at 9pm, and Brian stayed until nearly 11pm, still smiling and relaxed, to iron out all issues I may have had if he had not handled this situation so beautifully. He worked on the problem for almost 2.5 hours until every single issue was resolved. He never got grumpy, he just handled it all with a level of professionalism that is rare these days. I have not experienced THIS level of customer service from any store employee for at least the past twenty-five years, and I would not hesitate to send everybody I know over to him. My entire experience was superb and Brian's commitment to excellence really sets a standard. This guy shines, he deserves that recognition, and they are lucky to have him.

Brian was the best. You all just need to have him set you up. Saved me money, upgraded my phone and now my pay less for so much more. I pay less now and that includes adding an iPad plus upgrading my iPhone to the max plus having Hulu and Disney plus another phone too. I’m a very happy customer. Kudos. Thanks so much
