Walmart Mt.Prospect Returning a travel suitcase. I bought the product at the Elgin Walmart. I was closer to returning the suitcase to the Mt.Prospect Walmart. The suitcase collapsed along with the wheels after the first international flight. That's why I wanted to return it. I was ignored by the Walmart staff and they didn't accept it. because I didn't buy from them. This is the first time I've encountered something like this. I've been a Walmart customer for over 25 years. Now my store, unlike Walmart, will be Target.

It sucks , it's Dirty . & the customers suck . Can't say much for the employees either . One cashier & the rest self check out . I won't be back . 17 self checkouts

This is the WORST Walmart I had ever been to first of all people seem to be stealing from this store almost everyday, a lot of the staff are pretty rude and don't really care about anything also it is really dirty and some of the items are just empty boxes or just broken. I had some really weird experience inside the store and the parking lot. Don't come to this store go to any other!

They do not answer the phone. I am disabled and called multiple times but nobody answered for home delivery. Should include, "We do not answer phone calls because we don't care about you.

This is BY FAR THE WORST Walmart in the NW suburban area ever since they went to only 2 cashier checkouts and about 20 self checkout stations. 99% of the time there is a line for cashier checkouts because people would rather have face to face interaction and not have to do someone else's job at a self checkout. Do they get this??? Today the self check out ran out of bills to give me change. I told one of the workers who was standing there. They put in a code and then it spit out $5 in quarters as my change. Really? Don't need a pocketful of change - thank you. This is why I normally go to the cashier lines. But today they were about 10 people deep. I get frustrated every time I go in there. I have started to go to other Walmarts even with the longer drive.

Don't recommend the vegetable tray. The tray I bought had old vegetables & one of the brócolis even had a pest.

Wish I could give negative. I use the Walmart app to order from this store and have it delivered. They have messed up so many times with giving me spoiled rotten food. Not delivering on time or at all, push you to the end of the line when they screw up. Or the items say in stock than all of a sudden its not but yet in the site it still is. I tried to order this bbq beef and it claimed it off sick the day of delivery for the next 3 weeks as i waited for it it still showed up in stock, i cancel my order and it shows out of stock go figure. Right now I'm sick as a dog ordered some stuff everything said it was in sick and now and behold at checkout one time will be late because they have to order it but yet it says in stock. Waiting all day call up to hear yea well be out there between 4 and 10 good thing I don't have a baby or child because it's almost 10pm and nothing. And I love that people who order stuff before everyone else gets pushed to the end of the line. They have done this several times to me when they allegedly couldn't get a driver for early morning so they figured I'd be ok with a 9pm when I told them that was unexceptable they said not like we can push back other customers. Find that funny the cab push me to the end of the day but everyone else gets their time slots. Don't bother to call them they never answer 30 mins on the phone nothing. You can't tell me there's no one around in the whole store to answer the phone

This doesn't necessarily have to do with the store itself. I've always been pleased with grocery pick up, prices, etc. this has to do with Walmart security breach. I recently closed my Walmart account because of this. Perhaps they had a data security breach. In the past 3 weeks I added extra security to the account, but it still hasn't helped. I had to order 3 new Visa cards from the bank and I filed a police report on all this fraudulent activity. I closed my account a week ago hoping this would stop. This morning Walmart sent a text stating they cancelled my order due to unusual account activity, to view order click on the link below. When I did and attempted to log in, it was red flagged, this account is closed, please refer to the email we sent for details. That was over an hour ago, no email. What gives, needless to say I have said goodbye forever to Walmart

Had so many varieties of things in the store. Shelves are well stocked Loved it. One of the best Walmart I've been in a while. Employees were very helpful and great customer service. The Management is amazing and seems to care for their patrons as well. Walmart really fantastic store. Clean store. Both in food and non-food items they carry a limited number of national brands, their prices are usually better. Their house brands are good quality and very competitively priced. Overall great place to get groceries and household items. I always go there first. It was top notch groceries store.

The place is clean enough, there are often empty shelves, a lot of the staff is rude and the personal shoppers treat you like you are in their way. I recently had an incident where I tried to buy a game for my grandchildren. Whoever stocked the shelves did not enter the barcode into the system. Should not be a problem, normally a manager would just enter it and you would go about your business. Not this time. The person who was standing over the self check outs, all but 2 checkout's are self check out, Told me that because it wasn't in the system that he couldn't sell it to me, then grabbed it out of my hands. It was an $8.88 game, you have got to be kidding me. He even went as far as saying this is a new policy when I pointed out that I worked at Walmart when I was 18 years old, a very long time ago, and that was never the policy. I had to control laughing in his face. I'm not even gonna get into the situation with self check out, I'm not being paid to check my own shit out, the prices are going up, yet I have to do a job that all these people standing around watching you could be doing. So when I got home, I attempted to call the store. It took about I would say 3 to 4 minutes for somebody to actually pick up the phone, when they did, she seemed flustered with my situation, I was not yelling. I didn't ask for a manager, I sat on hold for about 30 minutes before giving up. So then I wrote to corporate who responded quickly enough and said how apologetic they were that someone from the store should be calling me. It's been probably about a week and a half and I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone. The corporation as a whole does not have a stellar reputation, even though their TV commercials are grasping to save face, But it seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes by. If five people are standing over the self checkouts, why can't they be checking people out? Are you kidding me? What were the prices if you want me to work there too. I'm to the point I'm just gonna go to target and pay a little bit extra. I'm done with the place. This is not the first time I've had issues there. Seriously over it
