Such a joke. Update your pharmacy hours online if you’re going to make people wait while the entire pharmacy staff has a “lunch break”. Ridiculous. The pharmacy manager is incompetent to allow a long line of customers to have to wait if these hours aren’t even updated online. An easy fix for saving your customers some time. Now I’m spending my lunch break waiting instead of running all my errands.

I ordered my prescription refill a day prior to my visit.When I came to pick it up, they didn't have one of the two items. The pharmacist says, they are having difficulties with the supply.If I was notified, certainly I would call my physician and request them to change my pharmacy to a different one. Because I never ever had a supply problem.How am I not notified of such a critical situation when I am notified of a %5 off deal three times a day?If they are not contacting me to let me know that they don't have my prescription in stock, why are they collecting my phone number, email address, home address etc...?2 Stars because the pharmacist was positive, otherwise 1 star.

The pharmacist was very helpful and called me back. I was surprised she took the time to call me to let me know she had received the shipment and the prescription.

Printed out a GoodRx coupon and tried to use it at the Pharmacy. When I dropped off the prescription, they accepted the coupon. The story changed when I picked up my order. Now they said the coupon was out of date and charged 3 times the coupon cost. I reminded them that I just printed the coupon. The pharmacy people replied that GoodRx does not work at Walmart. Sounds like bait and switch to me.

I have been using this pharmacy for my mothers meds for five years now. I have nothing negative to say about them. They have always been helpful and genuinely kind each visit and have gone out of their way to help with issues that arise.

Absolutely no social distancing being enforced or encouraged here. Im a cancer survivor and have a weakened immune system I'm appalled by how corporate is handling the COVID 19 Virus outbreak.

This is a nicely laid out, clean Walmart Supercenter with a good variety of selections. I have read some of the comments in the reviews that this place is dirty. I have not seen that in my visits here so far. I have only gotten groceries here the few times I have been but I have not had any issues. I have not had any employee customer service interactions besides their cashiers so not sure how good or not good their service is. I also read in some review that this place is massive. It is big however, massive is not the word I would use as I have seen some of the massive ones like the ones in Palatine (Dundee and Rand) and Niles (Golf and Milwaukee) that seem bigger. I like this store better than the two I normally go to but it's out of my way so I can't go frequently unless I happen to be in the area.

I'm regular customer for Walmart in Mt prospect IL for over 10 years. yesterday me my wife and my two kids went for shopping as usual we had an incident with a one of Walmart customers he was following me and my family where ever we go, Then he walked to me cussing and calling me me and my wife kept telling him to keep going and leave us alone but he got louder and coussing us more and so.Honestly why he did this I don't know then Walmart shift manager his name is Bobby walked in with a loud voice trying to kick us out of the store kept saying out of my store this is my store I don't want to stay or shop in my store and he doesn't know what it's the story and what exactly happened before he got involved,me and my family refused to leave we wanna finish shopping so Bobby the store manager called the police on us and he let the other guy to do his shopping. The police forced us to leave the store without our groceries. Two words for Bobby if you have a problem with people's color or where they are from you don't need to be in this kind of business and my attorney will deal with you and Walmart in a different way.

As always, Walmart's reputation precedes it's name..stores are cheap and justify the customer service..after all u get what u pay for..this store is nothing different..their online inventories never match what they have in stock..their uninterested and demotivated staff would just ignore your requests and don't bother to do anything to help you..one of the worst staff filled company..no ethics and no customer service..if they are trying to compete with customer friendly stores like target etc, this company will lose big time..totally deserving..

Placed my medications on hold when it was the tenth day exact, had to wait extra time even though I spoke to someone on the phone prior and stated I would be picking them up Thursday.

Despite the fact that I shop at Walmart in the evening/night, this place is respectable and a bit of a pleasure to shop at. Products: it's a Walmart, they have nearly everything. Can't complain about this. Products and food are very decently faced and presented, and the selection is good too. I even grocery shopped here as well, and has most of my needs. Service: last few times, and folks that work here are friendly and helpful. Heck, they even struck a conversation with me for a little bit, even at the front checkout lanes. And the self-checkout section, though flawed (I think it's bad anywhere, Walmart, Mariano's, Tesco, EVERYWHERE), went fairly well. A nice lady who worked and monitored the self-checkout section was friendly and helpful. She even helped out a handicapped fella very much well. Misc: again, it's a Walmart, so bathrooms, motorized carts and Walmart staff are a plently and helpful. Things are well placed here, probably just like any other Walmart or Mariano's, and helpful too. A keeper in my book. And a bit nicer than the Golf Road store. Sorry it's a cat herd in Golf Road, but it's busy in the area so...

I very rarely go to this Wal-Mart. The other day I only went to the MT.Prospect location only because it was on my way home . I usually go to the Wheeling Wal-Mart#1735. Well I quickly remembered why I don't like going there. The people in the deli are no where to be found. The freezers where almost all empty. The food that was in them the boxes looked like they had been thawed and frozen again. The clothing developments are a mess and you can't get a shopping cart through them and there's clothing all over the floor. The floors look like they need to be cleaned and or a good waxing. There were no prices on any of the items in the cosmetics area . The Associates are very very pleasant if you can find one that will help you. The ones that worked the registers are super nice though. I feel sorry for them because there were only 3 open with the self check outs and it didn't look like there was any help for them coming anytime soon even though the lines were in the clothing department. I will have to remember NOT to visit this Wal-Mart again.
