This people made me go there 3 times for more paper work a waist of time. No one knows what they're doing there. They should've told me the first time I was there that I needed all the documents.

I was just in the Currency Exchange this morning to register a new vehicle I purchased. The two ladies working inside were more than helpful. I have an office nearby and have been to this location multiple times. I was personally disgusted by the way customers walked in and literally barked orders at the ladies. "Western union this, money order that.... etc." They tried and were very professional with their conversations. During this whole Covid lockdown, everyone needs to understand that things will take time. I felt bad for the ladies working to have to put up with this nonsense. They only had two windows open in the business, but they are trying their best. I wish I would have gotten their names. But, if you read this message, I Thank you.

I was the first one in and the older woman did not stop complaining the entire time- watched her yell at someone asking a simple question over the phone and insult mine and theirs intelligence. They also charge WAYYY more than should be legal- ended up paying half of what i payed to get my car just for plates and a title transfer. Convinient - yes but i would rather wait in line for 2 hours at 5 am for the dmv in Deerfield than go back to that woman. They also opened late because they decided to start cleaning 15 minutes before their scheduled opening time rather than do it after closing. Rude and actually mean.

Staff usually has bad attitude. For that reason alone I dislike going there. Only reason I've been there after my very first experience is because I have been in a rush and they're the closest to me. Definitely a place I would not go to if I don't really have to.

slow moving no place to lean on .... after 15 atrocious minutes waiting I asked why not one chair for handicapped or seniors available the teller in a nasty offensive yell that aren't any. I leaned against the wall for another 10 minutes...line not moving and I was forced to leave.
