“Came into the Mt. Vernon shop with a low tire light and knowledge that one tire wasn't holding air like it should. They took a look at our tires and found a screw in one of them. Even though they were super busy, we came back an hour later like we were told to and they got us taken care of. Repaired our tire at a reasonable price, stayed after closing time to get the job done and was pleasant to talk to. Great establishment with a great attitude of putting their customers first.”

We thought our suburban just needed free-on but after putting it on the ac recovery machine , it really needed the AC belt and tensioner , which they were able to replace and get us on our way back home blowing cold . “I've been using JT's for more than a decade now and can't recommend them enough. My first time was way back when I was working for Coke and my job was dependent on my car running and eating hundreds of miles a day. At the time I was driving a Mercury Mystique that had started dying occasionally when stopped at lights. I took it to 3 other mechanics, including dealer and no one could find the issue. I took it to JT and he had me fixed up by the next day. He has taken a voltmeter through the car and found a short.
Great mechanic, really smart, takes the time to go as deep as you'd like into the technical side of the fix. Since that time with the Mystique, I have taken 4 other cars to him with all different issues, and everytime, he gets it fixed and at a good price. Highly highly highly recommend. Great service, honest people, good craftsmen.”
