We came on a Sunday afternoon after trying to get our medicine at Walgreens and they wouldn’t take our insurance. Our doctor was suppose to send it to here but didn’t, but Gracee called over and got the prescription and fit it in so my daughter could get it tonight.

I am sick of having to fight to get ANY medication filled with any CVS! CVS blames insurance! Insurance blames CVS! Plenty of blame to go around and no one willing to step up and do their job! If my insurance didn't prefer CVS, I'd use Walgreens! CVS Pharmacies as a whole company is atrocious and this location is no exception!

Went for my weekly Covid test for work that I literally get to early every single week and have no issues. Showed up at the same time as normal and all of a sudden they don’t do tests before the appointment time and never have? Had someone I’ve never dealt with before…extremely unhappy. Get better customer service.

Went in weds to get my meds, said they hadn’t received the prescription yet so I thought I had just cam in to early. Came back 5 hours later still no prescription. Asked them if they could call Walgreens and see if my dr had accidentally sent it over there. They wouldn’t. I had to call myself. Luckily for me Walgreens answers their phone unlike CVS. My dr had not sent it there. Called my Dr this morning said she faxed it over around 2 yesterday. Now I have called twice first time I was on hold for 30 mins, no one ever answered. And now I’m on hold for the second time. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance will only let me fill it at Walgreens 3x before making me get it at CVS. Absolutely ridiculous I feel sorry for the elderly people that call to try and get their prescriptions because half the time you go in there it’s empty but they can’t answer the phone.

Had to return a package to Amazon...I feared it would be a long, tedious "task"; but the (lady) cashier made it "effortless" She was very knowledgeable and friendly, too. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Has become a joke got told the other day they lost my perception there system ate it and I’ve been waiting over a week for meds and still not got straightened out spent 3 days trying to get someone to answer the phone on hold over an hour today before someone answered taking my stuff elsewhere won’t be long before cvs is closed for good

This store is an absolute joke!!! You wait and wait and wait some more only for them to screw things up for you to have to come back and start the process over again. Never was once apologized to for their screw ups that caused me to take days to get my medicine. The pharmacist takes a lunch when there’s a line of people waiting to get their meds filled. Why do they not have more than one person filling medicine? Poor management, poor service, and their store selection sucks. The store and pharmacy needs to be shut down for a total over haul. Will not ever comeback after this experience!!!

They suck at answering the phone and the wait to pick up prescriptions that are suppose to be ready is ridiculous. Used to love CVS and wouldn't have ever thought of going anywhere else, but they have really gone downhill. That's why I have switched to Walgreens.
