Michele and Shelley are all pro. They have superior customer service skills and they consistently amaze me with their patience and diligence. They are so great with handling my family member with dementia. I wish I could hire them as caretakers. They deserve raise, immediately!

Poor service and lack of efficiency.
First Mid shows little diligence when handling Zelle transactions. It’s disappointing to see that, after years, there has been no noticeable improvement in their customer service.
P.S. If you plan to travel out of state, don’t rely on this bank. their support and accessibility are limited, even if you inform the bank in advance about your trip.

The folks that work for this Bank have been absolutely wonderful in helping me to have an excellent banking experience with them.They've all been very professional, kind and understanding . Being a person with a debilitating disability , these folks have made what would normally be difficult for me to do, so much easier to get done.God bless y'all and thank you for your wonderful service.

If I could I would give them a -1. The staff , including Melanie the manager , are and were very rude and unprofessional, to myself and also to my wife ,Robin Smith. We have been loyal customers ,up until April of this year , for over 7-8 years . But when I got blessed with a disability pension deposit , they thought that my money was there's. I will continue thus later.

I’ve been with this bank for a little over two years now but just moved to this location. I often work 60 hour weeks and in between shifts have many Dr. appointments so I’m often in work clothes or comfy clothes. I also very much prefer the drive thru because it is much quicker and easier for me. For them to refuse service to me at the window and me come in side. Only to hear them talking very loudly about me while I can clearly hear them is unbelievably disrespectful. Thank you to the very nice teller who was taking care of me inside who politely and quietly told the two ladies that I could hear them. This issue has happened at least three separate times at this point and it really needs to be addressed. I will be taking my banking needs elsewhere.
