I've been using JT's for more than a decade now and can't recommend them enough. My first time was way back when I was working for Coke and my job was dependent on my car running and eating hundreds of miles a day. At the time I was driving a Mercury Mystique that had started dying occasionally when stopped at lights. I took it to 3 other mechanics, including dealer and no one could find the issue. I took it to JT and he had me fixed up by the next day. He has taken a voltmeter through the car and found a short.
Great mechanic, really smart, takes the time to go as deep as you'd like into the technical side of the fix. Since that time with the Mystique, I have taken 4 other cars to him with all different issues, and everytime, he gets it fixed and at a good price. Highly highly highly recommend. Great service, honest people, good craftsmen.

Was traveling through town on a work trip, using my personal car and the water pump went out. This didn’t seem like a big deal, as I have changed water pumps out before, but this particular car almost requires you to disconnect the engine entirely. Joe was the only one in town that was even willing to look at my car on short notice, and all the other places, it would be two weeks at the earliest. After the parts came in Joe got to work and got me back on the road as soon as possible. If I was anywhere close to his shop, he would become my regular mechanic for sure. He was very pleasant, and honest throughout the whole ordeal .

Mechanic was very sarcastic, explained my situation to him and all he had to say was make an appointment, I would never take a vehicle to him.

Broke down on the highway. Called JT. Explained my predicament. He said if I could get it towed in he would try and get us back on the road today.Joe was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got the serpentine belt replaced and got us back on the road.Thank you Joe!
