King City is my favorite gym in the area! Not only is it affordable, but the equipment is excellent and the other patrons are very kind and welcoming. I have taken several group classes here and the instructors are very knowledgeable and take great care of their guests.

Nice gym! Tons of equipment for all workouts. Positive environment and easy going members always willing to lend a hand. Love having 24hr access and the owners are great people! So easy to sign up! So if you’re looking for a good gym….check out King City❤️

Welcome to a locally owned gym right here in Mount Vernon, Illinois. We are an All-Access facility offering Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, Group Strength training, and Personal Training.
We are 24/7 member access and no contracts. We are a family-focused gym with a kids playroom available so that your little ones can join you as well!
