The customer service was atrocious. I brought in an Amazon return (they're signs everywhere for Amazon return.) After waiting ten minutes behind a meth head they finally called up an assistant and she told me that they did not accept the specific return. Oh yeah, and the worker laughed at me. I guess because of how frustrated I was... I don't know, but don't go there for returns .

it is very hard to find my size in town Kohls is the only place that has them and I love the Brands. People are always so nice and helpful. It is really easy to shop and not get bugged by employees but they are always close by to help if needed.

Kindness, helpful and sweet . Store has a variety of clothes to choose. Store was clean. I would definitely recommend Mt Vernon Kohls.

Having trouble with my bill and the people I have been dealing with I have trouble understanding and vice versa. I am getting charge for no payment and all I have done for 2 months trying to get it fixed. Can't even pay it on line. Went to our nearest store and they couldn't help so upset am closing my account as soon if ever get the matter resolved.

My better half, likes to shop here. They have several clothing items she likes for herself and the grandkids. Their restrooms are always so clean. I do a little shopping for myself here. Seem to have nice quality clothing for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
