I typically get gas here as I shop a lot at Kroger and use my fuel points. There is one particular employee here that is usually very rude and not friendly at all. I remember one incident when an elderly man was having a lot of difficulty with the card reader and she wouldn't even cone out of her box to help and in my opinion was being very disrespectful to this man. Customer service is part of your job!!

try to fueling here, their price is cheaper than surrounding area.Brought some 5 gallons fuel cans to get as much as I can, because their low price.Some are yellow diesel can, some are red metal Jerry can, some are VP racing jugs.I was getting some diesel.First the yellow jacket cashier says I can’t use the racing jugs, because they are not gas can.Sure I will use my Jerry can and diesel cans.When I start to fuel, the manager in grey jacket came, says I cannot put diesel in the red Jerry can.OK I will use the 3 diesel cans I have. But when I was trying to switch cans, they abruptly stopped the fueling, without telling me. I wasted 1000 fuel points and only got 8 gallons of diesel.These two persons like to mind other people’s business, think they are some kind of authority, DOT or police something.At their gas station:They would not let you put fuel in racing jugs or any containers that’s not a gas can, at their gas station.They would not let you put diesel in gas cans.They would not let you put gasoline in diesel cans.Because it’s their gas station.Would Kroger corporate office agreeing with you?Does Kroger say on their policy: At Kroger gas station, you can only put diesel in diesel cans, gasoline in gas cans. You cannot use any other containers?Look at these two mean persons

When we go to Mount Vernon way usually stop at the Kroger gas station and use up our fuel points. We have one occasion had a $0.50 or $0.80 discount per gallon which is wonderful.

pump would not use my cars or give me my discount so payed with cash and clerk had no idea how to give me my discount. If I had not been on a hurry I would have went else where. Have not been back
