I will unfortunately never go to Lowes again. My refrigerator crapped out and I had to buy a new one. I went on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised they said the new one would be delivered on that Monday and for an extra $40 they would take the old one. Long story is, they have outsourced their delivery to a terrible company with convicts and they don't deliver when they say they are going to nor do they pick up old appliances unless you clean them out. They refused to take my old refrigerator and left it in the middle of the driveway so I can't even park. Whole story: Sunday evening I get an automated call saying the new one would be delivered between 3:30p-7:30p. I get a phone call on Monday at 4:30p saying the "delivery company" (an outsourced new company) was delayed and it would be closer to 7:30p. Well 7:30p rolls by, 8:00p rolls by, and at 8:30p I had to make a phone call as to when they were coming. After playing ring around the rosey I was told that the delivery company stopped delivering 3 hours ago... WTH. Calmly I said OK so they are not coming tonight. When can I expect them? The lady from corporate said I would get a phone call the following day with rescheduling. Of course that didn't happen. Tuesday I call and again play Ring around the Rosey (being transferred from corporate, to the new company, to the warehouse. It will now be Thursday before the new fridge is delivered. Thursday rolls around and they tell me they will be here between 11 and 330 and they show up at 10. I had to have my mother race over there to be told they would NOT be taking my old fridge and I needed to hose it out and clean it. Not only did they not take my old fridge they left it in the middle of the driveway where I cannot park. The local Lowe's, blames it on Corporate and Corporate refuses to take responsibility and tells you to take it up with the delivery company. Never again will I shop at Lowe's, and I highly suggest you look into other stores for your appliances. I certainly wish I would have shopped someplace else. Perhaps, if we all start shopping at other stores, Lowes Corporate will feel the financial burden, have to let go good employees, and maybe they will then give a shit about their customers and their community .

Not only was my order canceled and I had to redo the whole thing, but no one made sure it was ready at the agreed upon time EVEN THOUGH they called and confirmed it the day prior. They said they would call me if there was a problem but they never did. They just canceled order. I called but numerous to try to get it sorted out and one of the reps not only argued with me about it, she hung up on me. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again. I talked to 6 or 7 in the course of 3 days.

Ordered new grill to be assembled on 4/4. Called CS and advised i would be picking up on 4/21. They advised no problem, made remarks in notes on order. Arrived on 4/1 @ 6PM to p/u assembled grill, grill was not assembled. Talked to Sean at store, he advised he would get it assembled if we could go have dinner and return. He was very helpful and attentive. Arrived back at store at 7:35pm, picked up grill. Got home and unloaded next day because was to dark that night. To my surprise, grill as not a out-of-the-box new grill, but one they had as floor model. I didnt order a floor model. Very duty, dead bugs/moths inside. Called and talked to Rusty, Lawn/Garden Mgr. He was not in the least bit helpful. I advised I wanted to email pics of what it looked like. He was very lackluster in assistance or what Lowes could do to make the situation right. He provide email and I sent several pics on Friday. No response as of today, Monday. For a $650 grill, I would expect it to be new or if I would have bought a floor model, discounted! Several screws missing, scratches on the wing panels, no grease tray/trap. I would very much like to hear from the store manager today! This is my third char broil grill from Lowes and have always been very happy with purchase and service from the Belleville, IL store. This store is falling way short of taking care of a customer.

I had a wooden fence installed and half of my boards didn't have screws put in them to hold them together and I have only had it up for about 2 months and some of the boards are already warped! Trying to get them to come out and fix them through their guaranteed warranty is like pulling teeth!

I came tonight in search of one item, Funky Colored Flames. To my surprise, they had it in stock. The man who helped me knew exactly where to look and was very sweet to my kids. They have amazing Christmas decor for sale right now. I love their wide selection in most areas in the store.
