Had what I needed when I needed it

I went in today for a replacement Lawnmower Key, I stopped off at the service center just inside the door as there were 4 employees standing there talking doing nothing in particular. I asked, "Do you guys carry replacement Lawnmower Keys?" And one of the workers said "Umm no we don't." Didn't ask anyone else or look the item up. Just said no. I said, "It says you do online. I guess I'll just have to order one online then." She nodded.
So I started to head for the exit, and I'm like, wait, let me just go check the Lawnmower aisle and see before I waste gas driving to another yard supply store because I needed it today.
Fast forward to me over in the Lawnmower aisle, and I found a Universal Ignition key (aka Replacement Lawnmower Key).
Took it back by the service center, held it up, and let the worker know "Hey By the way, you do carry replacement keys," and then went to check out.
Lowes do better. Your people should at least have a basic knowledge of what you carry, look it up, or send me over to the Lawnmower aisle even just saying I'm not sure but the aisle for Lawn care parts is over there....

Bought a ge washer and dryer set. Washer didn't work out of the box. The repair company refused to work on it and horrible service on both ends. I ended up getting the parts and fixing it myself

I got paneling but when it was to be delivered it was water damage how don't know but they said they would have reorder ... so right now I'm not gonna complain or say much

Team member Brandon was so helpful. He walked and looked for the home improvements items my mother needed and helped us so much. We appreciate his kindness and helpfulness. Great store and friendly employees.

Absolute nightmare. People don't take pride anymore i see. No knowledge. On their phones while talking to you. And mistakes being made. And its all left up to you to fix it. Ill drive 45 miles to Home Depot. Or local business. I'd rather hand the money to them. Rather then just give it to Lowes.
