We were moving from one end of the continent to another, and the A/C quit blowing. Knowing we were tired and on a time crunch, they helped us out quickly and charged much less than I thought they would. The girl who ran the desk even called us a few weeks later to check on us and see how the move went. Too bad they're 2000 miles from where we live now!

Traveling from Iowa to Florida towing a trailer and had an issue with our steering. We stopped at Martin’s and they were able to fit us in within a few hours and we were on our way. Very courteous and communicative.

Al does a great job at diagnosing and following through. He advises me of what I might want to keep in mind, he never does work with out my approval of the charges and I always get a detailed receipt of what was done. I wont go to anyone else for my engine work!

My truck broke down while traveling. Tow truck driver recommended this shop. They had my truck up and running the very same day! Reasonable price too. The office manager was great with communication, and they even gave me a ride to pick up my truck when it was ready. Martin's really saved the day. Highly recommend

Haven’t had better customer service in the automotive industry. I was traveling across the country and broke down at about 1pm on a Thursday, 5 miles north of Mount Vernon. After calling every automotive store in Mt. Vernon, Martins promised they would take a look at my vehicle that same day since I needed to be in Southern Alabama by Friday morning. Not only did they hold true to that promise, but they had my vehicle fixed about two hours later, and didn’t add any other repairs or hidden fees that many mechanic shops do today. I couldn’t say enough great things about this hard-working business.

Mind-blowing great service. They did everything they could for me and it all worked out perfectly. My son and I were driving through Mt. Vernon, IL and had some car trouble. It was a great experience for me and an even better one for my son. I think they really shaped his impression of small-town America. Big big shout out to those guys and gal. Thank you.
