Very helpful , friendly staff. Was able to find what we were looking for. The 11% back is through rebates . I wish there was a better system for this but overall satisfied. The parking lot and I side store is always clean. Bathroom is clean also.

Almost got into a fight with employee. When to pick up online order. told to go through back gate. no one attending gate. Proceeded to walk towards the pick up door attached to building when approached by a man yelling, Hey! you cant be back here! I tried to show receipt, but he just about knocked it out my hand and pointed towards the gate. When in back of store anyways, he made a point to look in and try to stare me down a few times.

Went to mt.vernon il menards.all I had to do is exchange bad car battery.Had my receipt.I was dealing with a lady manager with no name tag.She said I had to have the rebate bar code.She was snotty and rude.Finally she told a worker to tell me to just take the new battery.She was frustrated and didn't even give me a return receipt.Even worse I sent a detailed email and picture of receipt to Turoqose at customer complaints.She did not reply.Menards use to be my go to store.Not anymore,Lowes has my business.Shame on you Menards for having hateful employees.
