I actually switched over to a smaller unit this month and, within an hour of switching online, received a call making sure that was my intentions and asking if there was anything I needed to make the move less chaotic. I’ve rented from a few of the storage facilities in this town over the years and this one is, by far, my favorite due to the friendliness of staff, the ease of online payment, and the location. They’ve taken storage to the next level.”
