Donna and Charles were wonderful and very helpful. I work for a moving company so I see a lot of storage units in the area and this location is by far the best lot in the area to use. Very clean well priced unit.

This place takes $10.00 for a deposit as others do but you won't get it back and all I needed my unit for was maybe two to three wks yet pd. up for a whole month and was told that they don't give back deposits. So my question is why would you take my money for a deposit which is to be given back up on leaving and cleaning out the unit all before due date to leave and the lady tells me I can't get my deposit because the computer system was down so I returned a WK later only for her now to tell me they don't deposits back never giving me a reason for telling me that there's a 10 nonrefundable deposit. I mean just strong armed robbed me.

Great service here and friendly. They very understanding the and will help if you're having issues with the bill due to unforeseen circumstances. Great place here and highly recomend if you need a place to store some stuff.

Shirley was an absolute blessing today. Everything from my first call to putting a lock on the unit was flawless. Shirley and Bob were helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for making this happen so quickly and easily for me. You made life better!! Best of luck with the baby birds coming to you. I will want a picture of the newest species!!

Drove over 2 hours to get my stuff out of the unit just for the key to not work and be charged for "customer" lock to be drilled even though the lock was from the company and was given to me with one (1) key when I first opened the unit. Also just finding out a year later that previous workers were stealing from the units, including mine. The individual working also told me his managers were on vacation, only to tell my mom less than 10 minutes later than he is the manager. Don't use this place, they're not honest with their customers.
