If I could give a zero I would. No attention to detail. They deliver the wrong colors on multiple items and there is no customer service to make it right. I will never purchase there again.

This place gets good reviews and was recommended to me. Sadly, my experience with them was not a positive one. I could give many details, but I don’t want to sound petty. Let’s just say it took 5 trips to the shop before they finally got everything ordered - for a simple bed/bath addition - despite the fact that a detailed list had been created between us and them MONTHS prior. I couldn't imagine using them for a complete new home building project.

I had an amazing experience with Winnelson in Mt. Vernon IL. Not only was I thrilled with the customer service, but the store was also very clean and organized. While looking at tools I was thrilled to be welcomed by a worker who not only helped me with prices and deals, but also took time to talk with me about Milwaukee. 10/10 recommend!

I went in to get 2 sink stopper replacement kits for the bathroom sinks cause the one's I bought at Lowe's were plastic instead of metal, and not only did the metal one's only cost me $5 more than the plastic, but the service was awesome too. The guy who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the replacement kits I needed. So I definitely recommend that you go by there if you ever need plumbing parts or have any questions about plumbing!
