Flying J provides a mixed experience for its visitors, with some positive elements and notable drawbacks. The showers are reported to be clean and well-maintained, offering good hot water and pressure. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is also appreciated, as they are often stocked with paper towels. The store features a variety of food options including a Godfather's Pizza deli, cold food items, and snacks, making it convenient for travelers. However, some customers express frustration with the fuel pumps, noting that drivers often block the pumps to shop instead of fueling, which can create inconvenience. While the store has a gambling room and offers a wide selection of items, many truckers miss having a television to relax and watch games. The parking lot is described as awkwardly shaped but has sufficient spaces, and its proximity to a Walmart adds extra convenience for those needing groceries. Employees are generally friendly and hardworking, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, some customers have found the fueling process cumbersome, as it requires visiting the fuel desk to activate the pump. Overall, Flying J offers a range of amenities but could improve on fueling efficiency and providing entertainment options for drivers.

Yes there are lots of expensive new food items available here and a gambling room to take more of your money but no television for truckers to catch the game or relax a few hours out of the truck. I took my money and went next door and spent $30 at chilis and watched the game there. A tv room shows you care about drivers.

The Hucks store is great. The trucking fuel pumps are horrible. I've never seen so many drivers sit in the pumps and use them for parking spots to go shop. They don't fuel. They stop, block the pumps, shop and leave. I hate fueling here for this reason.
