Your automated system is absolutely terrible and I should have to have to option to speak with a person. It kept having trouble hearing me and cutting me off and I couldn’t get through to a person to make the appointment.

Terrible billing. Never saves billing info, this time they put the prescription card as primary. Called customer service, he was able to find the proper billing on a previous invoice and corrected the most recent one. 5 stars to customer service.
