“The owner came out to a new construction site to tow my rig out of 2' mud. His response time was extremely fast, about a 30min wait. Was very professional and worked quickly. It showed the amount of extensive experience he has. Only charged me about 450$, that's close to half of the typical cost! Highly recommend! “Let me brag on a towing company that is all about the people they help. Rick’s Towing came to our rescue traveling across country when we stopped and got gas. My husband didn’t get on the interstate and I made it a quarter mile on the interstate when both vehicles that are pulling trailers just stopped. We ended up getting fuel that had water in it. They got both vehicles and trailers and made sure the trailers were secure in there lot and find a place for us to get the vehicles back up and running. The owner wouldn’t leave us stranded. He took us to get a rental and when they didn’t have one. He called a friend and just so happen to have one available. He drove us to pick it up. He went above and beyond. So we want to say Thank u to u and your staff. I know who to call if I ever need a tow. I would give u a hundred stars if it would let me. Thank u again for making us believe their is still kind people in this crazy world. The Wageman’s”
