Treasure Trove Resale is a resale shop located inside the Painted Cowgirl Market at 18088 N Old Salem Rd, Mt Vernon, a little north of town off Route 37. The shop is owned by two sisters who are sincerely incredibly kind, gracious, compassionate, and devoted. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized in a very nice manner, filled with awesome finds, neat items, and interesting finds all the way around. They offer clean clothes, shoes, household decor items, jewelry, and books, all for very good and awesome prices. The business is hand down the best resale shop in Mt Vernon because it truly supports the community. The proceeds go back into the community, supporting local charities, the animal shelter, fostering, the sunshine center, and anyone truly in need. They are exceptionally kind and helpful. Visitors can expect a really good time and are encouraged to bring a friend and spend a few hours checking out all the great finds. There is also a neat reward system for spending five dollars. It is a favorite place to shop and donate, definitely worth the visit.
