“Northgate vet's are nice but i won't be using their service anymore. No one told me I had to register my pets myself at the city. Now i had a late fee because for whatever reason Northgate did not register my pet. All they could give me was a sorry when that's just not good enough.
Im updating my review because Becca( hope im spelling it right) called and made it right. This made me feel alot better that she rectified my situation and ensured training so this doesn't happen to anyone else. We are human. Sometimes mistakes are made, but her actions show that they not only care about our pets but us owners too. Thank you for making things right.”
“I find the front staff very friendly and very pet oriented. The doctors & techs take their time to find out what is going on with your pet - asking questions & listening to what you have to say then examining the pet. The doctors explain the options and/or appropriate treatment. Then proceed with what you want done.”

*Edit: I cannot give the entire staff at Cats Only enough praise. They helped us nurse our cat back into his fun, cuddly, and playful self after having severe skin issues.
Years later, when it unfortunately came time for us to say goodbye to him, they opened up their hearts and comforted us through the difficult process.”
“When we board Angus while we are on vacation, we never have to worry about him, they all take so good care of him while he is there. From the girls up front to the vet tech's and the Doctors, to his kennel girls. They contact us if they have a concrete while he is there. We wouldn't go to anyone else.
Angus was tired when he got home yesterday after spending 10 days there.”
“Best Friend Vet Care had been a trusted provider of vet care for my dad’s dogs for years.
While my dad was in the hospital and rehab for a broken leg, the staff at Best Friend took care of his dog, Stretch, making sure he was healthy and happy the whole way.
If I lived in Decatur, I’d take my pets to Best Friend in a heartbeat.”
“I have read the reviews and read a few bad ones. Dr. Hill is not God. I lost a four year old dog named Nicky that we adopted from the shelter a few years back that broke me and my husbands heart but we did not blame Dr. Hill. We only had her a few years , she did not even get to live her life at a good home. Makes me get tears in my eyes just typing this about her. He is only human and can do so much. I have four dogs now and he treats everyone. He has always been good to me and my dogs. He even gave me oinment for my 25 year old pet goose. He has went way above and beyond to help me in anyway he can. The office is not an updated one and not fancy by no means, it has been the same since I can remember lol but I am not going there for the looks of the building. As long as it is cleam , that is all I care about. The staff has always been good to my animals and I will continue to go there as long as he is a vet.”

“What an amazing clinic! Our fur babies weren’t even clients at this office until today! One of our dogs got very sick and our original vet clinic told us “she’d be okay” although she was to the point of refusing food, water, and even bone broth. Took her into D.A.C. and they got her hooked up to an IV and gave her medication right away! We will now happily
take our babies here! Not to mention the Dr and staff were so stinkin kind! They acted like they knew us even though it was our first time ever being here! I’ve never met such kind and caring people who love my doggies just as much as I do! 10/10 recommend bringing your fur babies here!!”
“The Dr. is fabulous! Kind, attention to detail and really listens to you. Instructions given were clear and precise.Facility was meticulous. Dr and staff were clean and professional. They must use a lot of lint rollers!The final bill was less than expected.Will absolutely be bringing the rest of the tribe in to see him.”
