We absolutely love our window planter boxes!! Beyond our expectations!! Our 120 year old house has a door to nowhere in the upstairs laundry. The window planter now looks like a small balcony. We love it!! Growing plants will be added to the lower box as soon as the weather warms up.

I was so pleased when I received my Wrought Iron Hairpin fence Gates. They are absolutely beautiful and if the highest quality. The ordering process was seamless with all questions answered. I was advised that it would take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. The gates arrived on time with extreme care taken in how they were packaged. They have just been installed and they are perfect.

Beware of doing business with a company that doesn't know the meaning of the words in their name. I recently purchased 2 large Susanna Wall Basket Planters from A Rustic Garden. When they arrived and I took them out of their packaging, I noticed multiple large gaps in the welds between the ribs of the basket and the rim on the baskets. It looks like many of the rib sections were cut too short and they tried to make up for this shortcoming with a large weld. They did not succeed. The gaps were only about 1/2 filled. giving the look of broken teeth to the ribs.I sent a message with a photo to A Rustic Garden. I requested properly constructed replacements. I recieved a text back from a Ms.Debbie stating that "we are a RUST" company and that what I received is "what they are" i.e. rust. Not only did Ms. Debbie change the name of her company from A Rustic Garden to A RUST Garden but she seemed to excuse poor craftsmanship by calling it RUST. There was no rust on my purchase, only poor craftsmanship. Rustic means rural, the countryside. Rust, well is just rust. Ms. Debbie offered to refund my purchase if I would repackage (they employ a special person just to package) and pay to have the baskets shipped back to her. Ms. Debbie tried to spin me by altering the name of her company and implying, what do you expect, after all you ordered RUST. Do not do business with a company that does not take pride in their craftsmanship and does not take full responsibility for their mistakes.

I love our gazebo. It's made my garden in our back yard perfect. I am growing tangerine beauties on it. It looks amazing in the spring. We have had 2 daughters get married under it. Thank you for making a great quality product.

I have the whole yard fence and gates with arches sculptures gazebos everything I've bought from them is wonderful perfect and awesome and I will buy more I have no problem with the customer service yes they get back to you it might take a while but they are always nice and I like everything about them

We purchased our BEAUTIFUL iron gazebo from A Rustic Garden and are VERY HAPPY with it. We found a couple of things to share with anyone considering buying one – first, don’t go for the rusty look. The rust color comes off onto everything. Pay the extra bucks to have it painted before you get it!! We did not do that and we ended up with 3 weeks of work, prepping and painting. The work and the cost for primer and paint far exceeds the price they post for painting it!! The other helpful hint - before beginning to put it all together, lay the panels side by side on the ground. Like a puzzle, you need to match up the pin receptacles and not all will match. The few that don’t can be easily adjusted using a hacksaw to shorten them. After that it all just comes together quickly and beautifully!! We HIGHLY recommend the garden gazebo and we are very happy with the service A Rustic Garden gave us, speeding the gazebo to us early to meet our needs.

The Caressing Cranes Statue as I call them ( 24" tall Elegant Cranes - Peaceful Garden Statuary) were hard to find. It is hand made. It is poured and cast at Rustic Gardens. The shipping details advised of a several month wait time for shipping . It arrived on time. It is a light stone with a granular texture. It was easily personalized upon arrival. Rustic Gardens was easy to communicate with and the item was well packaged when delivered. Pricing was competitive.

Rating 0. I purchased the Curl Drape Arbor - its listed as heavy duty and cost $1000. Its a piece of junk. It took 3 months because their "craftsmen" were working on it. A 10mph wind will blow it over. The pictures are deceiving. The intricate basket weave work is shoddy, bent, and not square. I agree with a previous review that this was probably made elsewhere by who knows who. I was really disappointed and this was a gift from my family. Its so bad I dont know if I'm even going to display it. I hate the fact that I was taken. Buyer BEWARE
