My experience with Associated Bank was very good especially with Tanner Schuettke who was very friendly and helpful. But I have had no access thru the bank’s mobile app. Technology is dysfunctional. They are working on it.

I was in today at 450pm the gal was rude and in a hurry! Very salty made me feel like I was d*** I didn’t understand the hold on check funds! I just wanted to be clear ! I asked her again and she was annoyed I wasn’t sure! Thanks,Gerry PS longtime customer! I wished her a nice Labor Day weekend! No response from her!

The people at this branch are not very knowledgeable. They told me WRONG information pertaining to some matters. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch on 51st & Rawson in franklin! Superb customer service and they don't give you the run around like the oak Creek branch does!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Loan payments via regular mail typically don't recognize excess funds applied to principal, even when it's notated. Sadly, the same occurs when paying in person or over the phone. It's pathetic that I have to babysit every payment, every month verifying the prior months payment was applied properly. The bank will make the corrections when I bring them to their attention but I shouldn't have to bring it to their attention. I absolutely hate this bank and caution anyone who is considering doing business with them. There are plenty of other banks to choose from.

I also would gives this bank a zero if possible. They nickel and dime ANY way they can, they have ATM's that take days to reflect cash deposits. They are well behind in customer service and technology. Bank ANYwhere else.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. My account was closed for absolutely no reason whatsoever. They actually said this. They closed my account with over 20k in it for no reason. So they left me high and dry with no money. I have been with them for over 20 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. think twice before you bank with associated because who knows, maybe one day they will freeze your accounts for no reason and then tell you they closed your account. But dont worry, before they do this they send you one letter 30 days in advance. One letter, no call just one letter.
