Doesn't deserve a single star. Racist and incompetent tellers. Scanned my ID and thoroughly investigated my ID as if I could make it in the basement of my home. Doesn't know the difference between a check, a money order, or a cashiers check. Idiots wouldn't cash a money order that was prepaid. It's not a check, it cannot bounce morons!

Customer Service is not word they know at this branch. It has been closed since March 2020 sure to Covid, but are extremely rigid in when I could come in to empty my mom's safe deposit box. It was either 8:15 - 8:45 on Tuesday morning or not at all. Will be closing her accounts. Beyond disappointed, again.

There is only 1 atm machine available in the drive though which is broken 50% of the time. There is another atm located be the front door on the outside of the building as well but is impractical depending on the weather. This has been closed since March due to covid.

This branch has constantly flipped employees for the 8 years I've been coming here. I would try to initiate the employees in conversation about why the turnaround is so high, and whomever I talked to would complain that they're filling in from a neighboring B of A location. Covid only made it easier to shut down. BTW, thanks for making it extremely inconvenient to access my security box on your terms and not mine.

On 10/23/19 someone walked into the Mundelein financial center and withdrew $7500 from one of my accounts. They used a cloned SIM card to validate who they were. BOA opened a CASE for me on 10/31/19 to get my money back. I have not heard anything from them since. I have tried several times to follow up and each time after waiting literally hours for a call back or on hold - the person tells me they can't help me and transfer me to someone else. I have increased my security with a PIN number and most of the time when I speak with them - they don't ask for it and end up giving me my address and email, etc. They don't seem to take fraud seriously.

I went in today to open accounts due to my father's passing away. Elvira and Joanna helped me and were wonderful. They made the process easy and were so compassionate. I do my regular banking at this this location and this is why. They are always so helpful and friendly.

Signed up for a Bank of America checking account, deposited $250 from my debit card, and set up my online account. The next week, when I got my debit card in the mail, I was unable to login to my online bank account, and when I called the number to activate my debit card, the card number wasn't recognized. After digging through their website to find their customer service number and being on hold forever, I was told my account was closed, and they transferred to their fraud department. The guy I was transferred to in the fraud department had no clue what was going on and said he had to transfer me back to the customer service department. So here I am wasting my time on hold again, and wondering where the hell my money is, and why the why wasn't I immediately notified if their was fraudulent activity. I mean WHAT BANK CLOSES YOUR ACCOUNT AND DOESN'T TELL YOU????!!

What bank has a single teller, on lunch, necessitating a hand written receipt for a deposit? When I asked about what I would do if I needed cash back, I was told I'd need to use the ATM. This is the least customer centric bank I've ever dealt with. If I was an employee, I'd be looking over my shoulder. Clearly their goal is to eliminate the human element in banking transactions. See ya later BofA.

This bank should be closed due to lack of staff to service its customers. They closed the drive thru and now it takes forever to do you business and get out in a timely order. They are now under construction, for what, so there customers have to wait sometimes 20/30 minutes to make a transaction due to only 2 tellers and only 1 during lunch hour. The people that were in line with me yesterday walked out. They just don't understand CUSTOMER SERVICE or don't care.
