“I had a great experience at O’Reilly in Libertyville today. I went in hoping to get help changing the bulbs in my headlights fully knowing I had a model of car known to have bulbs difficult to access and may be turned away. LEO had no trouble at all changing the bulbs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very friendly, and super helpful. I highly recommend Leo and O’Reilly Auto in Libertyville the next time anyone needs auto assistance.”

“The 2 workers ( i believe dj and drew?) were an amazing help. Went in to get my headlight changed out and they helped me with getting that all sorted out which qss very appreciated especially since the cover was really stuck on there so was not able to change it myself.”
“Jorge did a great job of removing both my brake light bulbs. (That weren’t working) seeing they were burnt out and quickly replaced them. ( All week thought it was something with a fuse since they were both out) Only cost me a mere $10 for the bulbs.
Just prior I went to AutoZone across Dundee Rd and they were NOT Helpful.
A Couple months ago they replaced my disintegrated Windshield Wipers.. and I believe it was also Jorge.

I've been trying to find time to stop by, and it was sad to see the door locked just when I finally made it there. Sammy who was working that shift, kindly opened the door for me. “I stopped by to replace the battery for my lawnmower. The staff was very helpful in providing me options and recommendations. In addition, I was looking to replace the batteries in my daughter’s small ATV. The staff was extremely helpful and determines the correct battery for replacement. They even removed from the old wiring and installed on the new battery for me. I was extremely happy with the service, and I will be recommending to my friends.”

“I had a problem with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with push button start. Every couple months had to get a jump start. I came here and talked with John about my problem. He told me that there is two kinds of batteries, flood and agm. Because I have push button start I should an agm battery. I found out I had a flood battery. I exchanged the battery. Thank you John.”
