Pam is awesome!! Kind, funny, and very courteous. I rented a 5x10 storage unit today. Instead of doing everything online, I went to the establishment. Pam introduced herself and explained everything to me and answered all my question. Very good customer service. I will recommend friends and family to this place for their storage needs. Once again Awesome job Pam and thank you for everything!

First time going, Pamela treated me with a professional approach . walk me through the whole process, including showing me around the storage areas. I’ve been with the storage for a while now, very pleased at management as well as security and cleanliness of the establishment. I’ve been a customer on and off here for 30 years and have seen maybe 5 different managers. The manager you have now is awesome. Very kind and professional. She does a great job keeping up on the property. I never see garbage laying around or anything bad. I have referred people to this facility and will continue to do so.

Pam was amazing! First time going through storage rental and she was so helpful. I never felt like I was being forced into any decision and truly listened to what we were looking for. We did have to get a second unit and she had given us our options from the beginning and had given us the heads up but let us come to that decision on our terms and time a few weeks after our first rental. She explained everything with no surprises. The unit themselves were fine, big, clean.

I've been using this location for years and it's always a pleasure dealing with Pamela, this location manager. She is very professional, friendly and accommodating. I recently decided to switch to a non air-conditioned unit and she was able to secure a clean conveniently located unit. The transition process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend this storage location to anyone.

Found a perfect size unit for my things. Facility is kept pretty clean and well lit. Pamela is a great property manager, very friendly and easy to work with. The property is easy to navigate and it’s nice that they have an app.
