We are full time RVers who suddenly became "CubeSmart" when the storage we had arranged for our 40' motorhome and 24' Sprinter "toad" failed 24 hours before our flight to Istanbul from Chicago. Desperate, we frantically searched the web... and happened upon the CubeSmart storage network. But, by far, the most helpful was Pamela, m¹anager of the Mundeleine facility near Chicago. Pamela put us at ease explaining everything so clearly, we drove 240 miles to reach her facility before she closed! Once there... Pamela saw to every detail. We made our flight with are vehicles secire in Pamela's care. CubeSmart is now our "go to" storage facility nationally!

Very easy and painless storage! Reserved my unit online and went in the office to finish paperwork and pay the next day. With the help of the General Manager, Pamela (who was on site) the process took less than 5 mins. Had my keys and unit ready to go!
