Called the pharmacy 5 times they either dont answer or pick the phone up and set it on the counter. The pharmacy is so mismanaged they seem to have to order quite a few meds while all the other pharmacy's have it in their inventory

I go to this store often. Sometimes more than once a week. For many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm not crazy about the automated cashier option, and prefer the check-out cashiers.

Very slow service. Waited there for 10-15 min ringed bell multiple time. Staff members were just checked the window but no one came to the window. And they were not even sorry for the wait.

I was at CVs pharmacy drive thru. Was waiting for almost 10min. No one came up to the window. I pressed call button multiple time but some staff members would just look from far and then leave.

Pharmacy and tech. Are both lazy.They didn’t even take the time verify that I had a profile on file with CVS. They just looked at the prescription and said it’s missing info.I look at it and see the info. On the prescription and I go back and tell the pharmacist.Even she didn’t take the time to look at my profile and try to help and said it’s not clear and after looking at it for a long time said, technically, it’s incorrect.I asked them to call the other pharmacy to verify and/or the doctor who prescribed the medication.She looked at me and said they don’t do that.I go back to the original pharmacy, which ran out of my meds. and referred to this store, don’t know why this store would not fill it.Good workers are hard to find.

An absolute nightmare to get someone on the phone for pharmacy help. The automated response is very frustrating. CVS please improve this function.

Complete waste of time to take appointment and visit cvs. Expertise of pharmacy staff to avoid customers and interested in cancellation of appointment. Is this help in COVID situations?!. Marked CVS as worst experience at any pharmacy.

The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and was giving me side eye. I wasn’t sure if it was because I was buying plan b. I asked for the coupon and denied it to me. She proceeded to say I had to have a CVS card. I have been to the other location in mundelein and they gave me the coupon without even asking for it. I didn’t really mind but the way she was speaking to me was extremely rude.
