Order was allegedly out for delivery one stop away according to tracking through their app for 2 1/2 hours. 1 stop away when the store to my daughter's house is 20-30 minutes away? Called the store to speak to someone two different people told me they were in charge until I inquired, and this issue
Then they got the manager three associates later. The manager could not answer why the driver had been one stop away for 2 1/2 hours. I explained to her that I ordered this for my wife from Florida because she is visiting my daughter in illinois and they were going to go out So I was stalling them because the app told me the driver was one stop away, for 2 1/2 hours? Really? She questioned why i would order something if I knew they weren't going to be home. Are you kidding me? How do places like this?Make money with incompetent, people working for them? How do you question your customer like that?? Needless to say i canceled the order even though she said I couldn't and was hung up on after she agreed to do it. Do yourselves a favor go out and get your own things instead of using these incompetent people!!!

I walked in and got two arrangements for Mother’s Day. The store manager helped me select the best products for my family members! Everyone was very happy with their arrangements! I will definitely use this store in the future!

SO HORRIBLE!! Edible arrangements used to be high quality and a nice gift to give. Now you pay $50 for chocolate dipped fruit that looks like a 5 year old put it together. Look at the picture of what I ordered vs what I received. Some was dipped in white chocolate which was never on the description and the cheesecakes had an ugly purple frosting that was half melted. So disappointed in this company and will never be ordering from them again. Thank god they gave me a refund. Even though the customer service lady tried arguing with me for 5 mins that everything was fine.

Over half my order was missing, 200 spent, only got 65 bucks worth. Zero customer service to be found even after calling, guy on the phone lied, I said I didn’t want a refund, I wanted everything else I ordered. Got refund, thanks for RUINING my Valentines Day

My son received a plate of fruit as a gift for an injury. I didn't think a business with the word "edible" could actually create something that was inedible. Fruit is old and browned and too gross to eat. It seems as if it was frozen at one point and the strawberries and apples look like they were taken from another old arrangement because there's puncture marks from sticks, where this arrangement is plated. I'm throwing it away after I take these pictures of how awful the fruit is. Shame on the company for charging such a high amount of money on fruit that is so old it can't be consumed! The only good thing was the delivery guy was nice and courteous.

After being treated rudely by the Gurnee store, I called this Mundelein store to place an order Gurnee cancelled. I was enroute in my car and couldnt get back online, and the deadline to order for same day delivery was close. Employee Kathy answered the phone and was very polite as I explained my problem. She put me on hold and then Jose picked up and took my order. Franchisee owner Greg should be proud of his employees. I will use this store again! Great service.

My order was supposed to be delivered in a certain day. The website stated they would deliver by 9pm due to the holiday increase in volume. My order never came, I call the next morning. When they open and the representative stated she would call be back at 11 to see why their driver didn’t deliver it mind yiu this was 9am and once I hung up the order was dropped off in a regular car not a refrigerated truck so I called the store back and requested my money back one due to Covid don’t know where my item was overnight and neither did the store and two it wasn’t in their company truck. I will never order from them again.

WOWWWW, I got old fruit and an extremely rude and short answer from someone who said they were a manager. If this woman was actually a manager, this store is doomed. I asked the delivery driver if they all look like this and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and gave me the store's phone # as if this was something they are used to. When I went to the store to speak with management in person, I was told the manager leaves between 2 and 3 most days.
