Car was not ready at reserved time. I needed the car at the reserved time to transport my family to the airport to make their departing flight.Apple CarPlay did not work. I had to return to rental location where the system had to be re-booted and re-installed.Car had multiple, irritating squeaks and rattles.

This location, specifically the two guys working on 9/22 and 9/28 are awesome. They were friendly, quick and understanding when I needed to bring back the first rental. They made small talk while we waited for the vehicle to be cleaned and sanitized. They gave me some helpful advice and insights on my personal car situation. 10/10 would recommend this location to anybody needing a rental car. Thank you guys!!

Beware of this location. Service was the worst. No truck. Rep was sitting alone on his cell phone when I walked in, and he started repremanding me for not giving them enough time when reserved 2 hours prior on their website that said the truck was available. He told me he couldn't call me for the past 2 hours because he was busy nonstop with customers. But had time to play on his phone. Asked for another vehicle SUV, and he tried upcharging me $50. Time for Corporate to come in and clean house or close this franchise. 35 years of renting cars from Enterprise is now at an end.

I’ve rented twice, and the second time was pretty bad. Rips and parts missing on the inside of the vehicle and plenty of dings on the right side of the car. Pretty wild that a company like Enterprise would want that car to be representative of their fleet. $300 deposit hold is pretty outlandish, too.

I scheduled my rental for 1st thing in the morning (8:00) and arrived around 7:45. Office was open and I was able to get my vehicle and on the road by 8. Van was in good condition and didnt have any trouble or issues. Price very competitive. Will rent from here again

The reason for 4 not 5 has to do with Enterprise corporate policy. There was going to be a $75 charge to drop the car 15 mi away but closer to our friends which was more than the daily charge. Also because i returned the car on Sunday using their lockbox I was charged for a Monday rental. Despite being a longtime customer the next time I need to rent I’m going to check into another rental firm.The staff & car at the facility were terrific.

I had to pick up a rental car to use it from next day due to a crash of my minivan. So, the agent offered me a small SUV saying that there were no sedans available, not telling me anything about the difference which I will need to be responsible for and Farmers should be able to cover all. Now, I am responsible for the difference which is more than $600. OK, it's totally my fault that I trusted what he told me and didn't read the contract when I signed it. Please read the contract before you sign.
