Manager and tellers have the worst customer service. Came in to find out how to pay my mortgage since I haven’t received any information from them after they bought my mortgage. Both the teller and the manager, Chuck, were condescending. Manager thought it was appropriate to yell across the bank to speak to me, while there were other customers in the bank, and both continuously spoke over me instead of letting me explain myself. They gave me contradictory information from corporate, and were less than helpful.

rly bad customer service , worker was yelling at me and had a horrible attitude didn’t even end up helping me & i had to make the deposit on my own. asked for supervisors number and didn’t want to give it to me. waste of MY time & inappropriate behavior. never again .

The branch manager Chuck is always accommodating and very helpful and cares about your needs...as well as all the tellers too...very nice people to deal with
