This jackson Hewitt branch really cares about its clients, they were notified I was in a rush to get to work and did my taxes with lightning speed.Himanshu especially cares about his clients and this is why I will be returning next year. My experience was one of the first encounters of “good business”.I would recommend this place to anyone who actually needs help, and wants the safety of a team who cares about you rather than money.

This was my second year in a row going to Jackson Hewitt in Mundelein and the service was just as good as last, super easy and no hassle. My tax preparer this year went through each step of the process with me & answered every question I had. I have been recommending this location and will continue as well.

Had a great experience! Staff is very nice and helpful! Answered all my questions. Was told that I would get my return within 21 days after it was accepted, but it actually took less then that!!! Which was fantastic!! Thank you everyone at Jackson Hewitt!! Really appreciate all the help.

LIARS! I WAS TOLD I would have funds in my account the day I filed my tax return as it has always been done at HnR Block but that didn't happen! It has been 5 days and NOTHING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF FOR FREE! I NO LONGER TRUST THIS PLACE AND FEEL SICK ABOUT IT AND WILL PROBABLY TAKE LEGAL ACTION! I have seen many Jackson Hewitt offices have been sued for thissame scam by the government! DON'T GO HERE!!!
