Honestly, I have been a loyal customer since moving to Mundelein four years ago up until tonight when I and my boyfriend went into the store to pick up two Pacifico beers because we wanted to end the night sort of buzzed we’re not big drinkers anyway my boyfriend said that the beers were so packed in the fridge. One of them was stuck onto the beer he chose to pick up. He accidentally broke one without trying because it was stuck Onto the bottle he chose to grab it accidentally shattered he made sure to broke a bottle and would like to pay for it because it is the right thing to do the cashier chose to disparage my boyfriend and tell him that drunker people do not even do that. Honestly, my boyfriend broke that bottle on accident and he told him he would pay for it so there was no need to talk trash to my boyfriend for something that happened accidentally and that he paid for he will never be returning to that establishment and he even offered to help clean the mess. This is so disappointing because we never had any negative experiences with this establishment. I really hope the person at the cashier gets an attitude adjustment.

Alcohol was old - bottle style was prior generation so had a hunch, had a small layer of dust on it, taste confirmed.
Plenty of choices and had what I wanted though. Only doc'ing a star to advise double check quality.

Jay's Liquors is a nice place to go and the hours are good for it's location as well so if you need to get liquor, lottery tickets and smokes as they have mostly liquor products to sell and there prices are normal for a store like this as it's there main income for the store it's a very clean store that's full of liquor product's and other cold drink product's.
