Jewel-Osco Pharmacy is a very pleasant and helpful pharmacy. The staff is always trying to make sure customers know how to take their medicine and reach them with any questions. They are super helpful, nice, kind, well-trained, and care about their customers. The staff is friendly, efficient, and works with speed. They make processes simple and seamless. For prescription transfers, helpful staff can handle everything by phone using name, birthday, and pharmacy details, easily finding insurance information online. They efficiently check for the cheapest costs automatically, whether through insurance or discount providers, to find a better price. The pharmacy offers great quality in their generic medications. A noted downside is there is no drive-through, but the exceptional service is worth going inside. The staff takes time to explain things and answer questions, leading customers to be super impressed, pleased, and happy. They are highly recommended.

The pharmacy I used for years was closing so I had Osco initiate a transfer of my prescriptions. They made the process simple & seamless…and also found me a better price! Staff was kind & took the time to explain things & answer any questions. So happy I chose to transfer over here!
