My first thought of having to get a mattress was not great, but Eric made the experience BEYOND EXCITING!! From laughs and relatable situations in the home we were able to find the right choice. Eric, with his extensive knowledge on these pleasant dream clouds, I was able to find a mattress that not only supported my lumbar, but allows me to go to work without waking my wife up every morning. Can’t say how pleasant the entire experience including these past 4 weeks of WONDERFUL SLEEP!! Also thank you to Eric for calling up to make sure everything was going well with the purchase and that we were good to go with all of our needs. I WILL be recommending all of my family and friends to this specific door. You got something special with this kid, I’m telling you and I’ve been a District Manager for Verizon for over 10 years. Eric Harris helped me find the best mattress for my chronic low back issues. It's been over 8 months now & this is THE BEST mattress I've ever had in my life. My back pain has decreased tremendously & hasn't felt this good in over 10 years! Eric & I had numerous phone calls & he was very helpful & answered all of my questions. He also gave me a lot of insight on why/how to choose the right mattress.. The day I was going to make the hour drive to the Mundelein store, he had actually sold the floor model I decided on the day before, however, he was able to track down the same exact floor model (Sterns & Foster Hurston Luxury Firm) that I wanted, which was located at a different store. He helped me arrange the purchase at the other store, as I only wanted to purchase a floor model in specific (due to the great price) & was dead set on my decision to buy this specific model mattress after weeks of research. I used to work in sales for many years & I've never met a sales representative who was willing to go above and beyond for me like Eric did, thanks again young man! ??

Eric was a great help in finding the mattress that met my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and their particular qualities. He was very friendly, gave us the information and answered my questions, and there was no "pushy salesman" attitude at all, which I very much appreciated. This guy has a great personality and was fun to work with!!

Mozt was good but when delivered they didn't have brackets to atrach the headboard. After a week they came back and attached the brackets but told us they do not attacht the headboard. Not our understanding. AS WE ARE SENIORS WE cannot attach and now must find a handyman. Another cost. Not happy.
