Have had a unit at Metro for about 18 months and it's been so easy! It's so clean, it feels very secure, and it's convenient. Karen has always been very friendly, helpful, and she's great at helping you decide what will work best for you.

Clean, well kept facility. Pleasant staff. Was disappointed by one employee saying one thing about refunds and another saying something different. Yes I would recommend Metro in Mundelein and will use them again if needed.

Great experience! Rented 2 units and the term "Climate controlled" is exactly what they were. All boxes were in perfect shape, no dampness like I found in another unit I rented.
