Shame on you guys. I found out I’ve been paying $75 at the store when my bill is $65 + $5 store fee at this location. That should have been $70 but I’ve been paying $75 for the past 6months. Didn’t know until I went to different Metro pcs and Boost to find out ive been getting “unknown store fee” so I’m leaving y’all company. SHAME ON YOU GUYS at this location . Dishonest and ripping people off. I will report you guys. Stealing money from hard working people.

The times I have called with questions I have they never answer. And the last time it was it was closed and it was a time that was within working hours because the board said 10:00am - 8:00pm and I was outside at 11:00am..

I finally chose to upgrade phones on one of my lines, and decided to try our neighborhood MetroPCS. From the moment we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Fabiola even though she was a bit busy. We looked around and decided to go with the IPhone. As soon as she was free she approached us and asked us what we were in for and if we had any questions. She never pressured us and explained everything so patiently. The process was quick and we were out in under 35 minutes. Fabiola truly made us feel welcomed and not pressured whatsoever. This is true customer service and we will return for another upgrade soon. She's bilingual which is awesome. Way to go girl! Thanks for the wonderful service.

I have been with metro PCS for a couple years, and stop by with a multiple problems regarding my device and questions. I was greeted and assisted on a very professional, kind, and helpful manner by Faviola. I recently was a certified IT technician an must give props to her not only did she go above and beyond to help me out, but did it in a timely manner. I then offer to tip, because she saved me over $300...she humbly and politely refused. An I went on my way. This gal was amazing and I truly hope she gets a promotion, as it is well deserved. As most companies would promote someone with that skill level to the highest position possible in their organization! Thanks Metro!

After having a horrible experience at another Metro franchise on Dundee in Palatine, I called and came here to open an account and port a line over from AT&T under the $49 promo. It was a completely different experience!

The MetroPCS is in a good location the hours of operation are also nice for the location of the store there's only a few people who work here as it's not at all bizzy the store is kept extremely clean as it is a new place of business as it should be very nice the few people who do work here are extremely nice and friendly.

Awesome customer service! great selection of phones and accessories. Sales reps are all bilingual so that a great plus! Very happy with the service
